Delivery
Orders are sent via Royal Mail, please see individual items for processing time, as this can vary. If your order doesn't contain a made to order object, usual dispatch is within five working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, both first and second class UK mail can take up to ten working days to be delivered, please only reach out if you've not received your order after this time. International orders can take up to 30 working days currently.

The buyer is responsible for any customs charges or taxes due in their country. Please check before you buy!
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition, ideally in their original packaging. Once the item is received back, your refund will be paid within 14 days. If the item is returned damaged, or if it is unsaleable, the buyer is responsible for the loss in value.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in the mail, please make contact as soon as possible, take photos, and a claim will be made to Royal Mail.
The buyer is responsible for return costs.
